We’ve had the privilege of working at weddings across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk and now know exactly what our customers require. Our work ethic at weddings is pretty much an ‘all hands on deck’ approach and we have worked with wedding co-ordinators to make sure everything and anything that needs to be done, is done without any issues and efficiently. Mobile bar hire can become quite pricey with weddings but The Bar People have a wide range of options when it comes to your big day.

Scheduling your big day

We love Wedding planners – Whoever is organising your Wedding, we are always happy to work closely with them on the run up to the big day to make sure no minor details go unseen. A proper bar serving schedule is always handy – heres an example below:

  • 4:30PM – Prosecco & welcome drinks
  • 5:00PM – Guest sit for dinner service
  • 5:00 – 6:45PM – The Bar People to top up guests at tables
  • 7:00 – Main bar open to guests
  • 7:00 – 11:30PM – Main bar open
  • 11:30 – 12:30 – Clean down & pack up

Trusted wedding supplier

As well as being featured as a trusted supplier on Hitched and Wedding Planner we also work closely with multiple companies who offer other catering services such as buffets and canapés to marquee hire & floristry. If we don’t currently offer a service you need, we probably know someone who does – we only recommend the best.

How to save on your wedding bar hire:

Although we offer all inclusive packages  with drink included we also understand this wont suit everybody. If you would like to supply your own alcohol but require a professional service including the staff and bar to serve your guests, The Bar People have got you covered.
